BASIC COMBINATIONS:

 

Description of Kihon Combinations.   From left moto-dachi.

 

1,   Yoriashi, migi chudan gyaku-zuki, Hidari kaeshi.

      Slide-in right middle level reverse punch left thrust.

2,   Migi  jodan oi-zuki, left kaeshi.

       Step forward with head punch left thrust.

3,   Migi chudan mae-geri, land in migi moto-dachi with  migi   jodan oi-zuki, left kaeshi.  

   Right middle level front kick land in right natural stance with right head punch, right thrust.      

4,  Hidari chudan tsugiashi-mae-geri, right chudan gyaku-zuki,left   kaeshi.

       Left Middle level  exchange feet-front -kick, right mid level reverse – punch-left   Thrust.

5,    Hidari chudan mae-ashi-geri, yoriashi and Hidari-jodan mae-ken-zuki, migi Kaeshi.                                                                                                                                     Left mid level mid level-front-kick, slide in and left front fist punch to the head , right kaeshi.
